Are you tempted? We all are tempted at times. [tweet_dis]Remember it is not a sin to be tempted, it is how we respond to the temptation that is important.[/tweet_dis]
A reminder for all of us today from 1 Corinthians 10:13 which tells us “No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will be able to endure it.”

It is far easier to turn from the temptation immediately than to entertain the temptation and allow ourselves to be drawn in even further. It is much more difficult to walk away from the temptation the longer we entertain it; yet it still can be done.
When faced with temptation, here are some quick action items:
Sometimes temptation is something unexpected that pops up in our day. At other times, temptation may last for a longer period of time. However it may appear, remember to look for the way of escape. If you don’t see it, ask God to show it to you. Be open to His guidance.
